Garden room designed and built to suit customer's requirements and under building regulations, in a way that best maximises the space in the corner of an L-shaped garden. Building framework constructed from timber, with the exterior cladded in cement cladding boards in a light grey finish, complimented with anthracite fascias, UPVC windows, and a UPVC door. The floor, walls, and roof all internally fitted with PIR insulation and a vapour barrier, with a rubber roof fitted to the top of the building.
